How do I reserve you for my date?

All dates are reserved once the deposit and signed contract are received.

When will I see the pictures?

Post-production sessions are completed 6-8 days after the date of the shoot. If you require the images to be completed prior to 6-8 days after the date of the shoot, a rush process fee will be charged.

How many images do you typically deliver?

There are various factors in regards to the number of images delivered. Quantity of imaged will be discussed prior to the signed contract.

What size can we print our photos up to with our full resolution image download?

In most cases, you can print your photos up to 20×30 without any quality loss. If you’d like to print larger than 20×30, additional post-production will be required. For pricing on these services, please contact me.

What rights do I have to the digital prints?

You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of Livia Mussi.

Do you provide the RAW files?

Each of the packages will come with a full resolution image download. However, the finished product will be delivered after post production. If previously requested, RAW images may be provided along with our post-produced JPG’s for an additional fee and restrictions.

I AM NOT A MODEL, AND HAVE NEVER DONE THIS. Do you help/guide with posing?

Experience in modeling is not necessary to book a photography session. Direction in posing and finding your most flattering angles comes with every photoshoot. Comfort, confidence, and fun is the number one goal.

Are you willing to travel?

Travel within 30 miles of Woodland Hills, CA is included in the pricing.

Anything outside of the radius, a travel fee will be applied contingent on the distance & accomodations.

Yes. Basic editing is included for all photos, but extensive editing is available upon request.

Every client featured on my website has given me permission to post their images. Privacy is a very important work ethic of mine. If you decide you don’t want them shared, that is completely fine.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.

Do you touch up all the images delivered?

Every image delivered is post produced with a unique signature style of post-production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections.

What is the difference between basic and pro editing; and why are there additional costs for a pro retouch?

Pro editing includes touch-ups such as removal of blemishes, removal of bags under eyes, removal of fly-away hairs, etc. On the other hand, pro post production is anything that requires extensive, custom work in Photoshop such as removing entire objects from the scene, changing the size and shape of body parts or other objects in the scene, adding objects to a scene and other custom work.
